Do you provide tracking numbers?
ABSOLUTELY! We provide tracking numbers for all United States orders! Tracking numbers will be provided 24-48 hours after your item has shipped out and will be available online. To find your status tracker, please check your email.
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard. All orders are processed through PayPal in which you do not need an account for.
What is the average wait time?
Our t-shirts are made-to-order, so there is some time required to print and dry the shirt and prepare it for shipping. In some cases, it can be processed the same day, but we can’t guarantee it. All shirts will be processed and sent for shipping in two to three business days after you place your order.
The average wait times are vary for each country. We ship USPS and people in the U.S. should expect their shirt at their door 5-10 business days after ordering.
For products in our Equipment category may take an additional week or two to build, condition, or otherwise manufacture if we do not already have it in stock.
What is your return policy?
Buyers are responsible for returning any shirts they are not satisfied with, in its original packaging, in new condition, and within 30 days of purchase. The original t shirt will be replaced (excluding shipping costs). Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to return your order.
Please note that we will NOT refund or exchange orders outside Canada and the U.S.
Items from the Equipment category Cannot be refunded as each item is manufactured by hand any defects are detected during time of manufacture, we cannot guarantee product safety on behalf of UPS or USPS shipping, nor can we account product history on behalf of the recipient thus we cannot offer refunds for such products.
